As the night progresses I find myself back on 4th street at OCH. I’m a huge fan of both.ī) I will usually start out by going to places like Handlebar, Kung Fu, or Ginger Man.

What do you drink when you go out? Where do you go when you go out?Ī) When I go out I drink tequila and beer. You walk up to a bar and drop a brand name like Belvedere (vodka) or Hendrix (gin) in a sense it sets you apart from the average party goer. In my opinion, trends are great and they give new life but you can’t beat the classics.ī) For the most part people tend to stick with what they like but some like a lighter drink during summer and a bit heavier in the winter.Ĭ) I would say that the premium spirits are more fashionable to order. Bartenders everywhere are mixing up ways to make a new, great tasting, and unique drink that people just keep coming back for more. For instance, a new flavored vodka comes out. It’s safe to say I fell in love with it right away, as we all do.ĭo bars have alcohol trends? Are some drinks ordered more during the summer/winter? Are some spirits more fashionable to order?Ī) As far as alcohol trends in bars, those are mostly started by new liquor being brought to the market. I really lucked out because I had never been to Austin before. Being born and raised there, I decided it was time for a change so just packed up my car and drove south.
